AppCard Inc., a leading customer retention and loyalty platform provider, announces that ScanSource POS & Barcode, the leading international value-added distributor of automatic identification and data capture (AIDC) and point-of-sale (POS) solutions and services and sales unit of ScanSource Inc., (NASDAQ: SCSC), has become its first distribution partner.
Through this agreement, ScanSource will offer AppCard’s loyalty and reporting platform that allows retailers access to more than 90 cloud-based, real-time reports. Set-up at the store does not require integration with the POS and takes less than 20 minutes. The platform is aimed at retailers that either do not have their own loyalty platform or wish to view their entire business on a single dashboard. The reports include, transaction data, customer data, products purchased, store ops and more. AppCard also bundled with Epson’s OmniLink TM88V-I printer offered by ScanSource.
