Ross Ely – President and CEO
Ross Ely is president and CEO of ProLogic Retail Services, the largest 3rd-party provider of loyalty marketing services to independent grocers. Ross has served in this position since 2012. Previously he was president and CEO of ProLogic Redemption Solutions, a coupon clearinghouse that provided grocery retailers with coupon receivables management services and was sold in 2014. Ross is a frequent speaker at grocery industry events and contributor to industry discussions, forums and blogs.
 
Ross  also has leadership experience at Apple and Micron Computers, where he held roles in marketing, sales and executive management. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Duke University and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.  You can view Ross’ RetailWire blog here.

Estela Santiago – VP Finance
Estela manages all accounting, financial, and human resources functions within ProLogic.  She has served in this role for the past 10 years and has been instrumental in managing the organization through several mergers and acquisitions.  She has more than 25 years of financial and accounting experience with technology companies serving the telecommunications and services industries.
 
Prior to joining ProLogic, Estela served as Controller for the Latin American division of Schlumberger.  In this capacity, her team had the responsibility of maintaining all accounting records and financial reporting for four Latin American countries. Estela graduated with honors from Northeastern University in Boston with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.

Al Smith – SVP Operations
Al manages the operations function at ProLogic, including software development, IT, QA, tech support, promotions management and reporting.  Al’s career in loyalty marketing has spanned more than 20 years. In 1998, Al joined the precursor company to ProLogic and served in leadership roles in operations, engineering and sales during his ten-year tenure. He then worked in sales for NCR’s loyalty marketing business before rejoining the ProLogic business in 2012.
 
Prior to his career in customer loyalty marketing, Al spent 16 years with the Xerox Corporation, working in service management and sales.  He attended Ohio State University and Franklin University.
 


Scott Allen – Director of National Accounts
Scott manages the ProLogic Account Services team and is responsible for enhancing and developing client services such as reporting, analytics and strategic planning for ProLogic’s existing clients. Scott has been with ProLogic for 11 years and has worked in the loyalty marketing industry for more than 13 years. Prior to joining ProLogic in 2005, Scott spent 2 ½ years on the retail side of loyalty marketing with Wegmans Food Markets. 

Additionally, Scott has worked in a marketing or account management capacity in the ski industry and at New York-based agencies Digitas and TMP Worldwide. Scott holds an MBA in Marketing from the Simon School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester.

Stephen Avola – VP Business Development
Stephen is responsible for all of ProLogic’s new business acquisition and has worked in the loyalty marketing industry for over 23 years.  In 2000, Stephen joined the precursor company to ProLogic in a sales and business development role.  Prior to that, Stephen managed a team responsible for the design, development and execution of loyalty marketing programs for national brands including Philip Morris and M&M Mars.  Stephen was also one of the founding partners recruited to help design and launch NASCAR RacePoints, The Official Rewards program of NASCAR.

 Stephen holds a BS degree in Education from Westfield State University and a MS degree in Management from Lesley University in Boston.
